Returns and exchanges: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for non-defective made-to-order items, except where required by law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email shoptheconsideredlife@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos. Do not send an item back unless we provide written instructions. After review, a confirmed issue may qualify for a replacement or refund.
