Are your products made to order?
Yes. Our products are made to order using print-on-demand fulfillment. This allows us to create intentionally, reduce unnecessary inventory, and offer meaningful designs without mass-producing every item in advance.
Do you restock items?
Because our products are made to order, we do not restock them in the traditional sense. Product availability depends on the design, garment style, size, color, and availability from our fulfillment partners. Some designs may return, while others may be retired without notice.
How do I choose the correct size?
Review the size chart provided on each product page before ordering. Sizing can vary between garment styles and manufacturers. Because each product is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges when the wrong size is selected.
How long does production and shipping take?
Each item must be produced before it ships. Most orders are produced within approximately 2–7 business days, although production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, quality-control reprints, or product shortages. Shipping time begins after production is complete and varies by fulfillment location, destination, carrier, and shipping method. Any estimated delivery date is an estimate, not a guarantee. Tracking information will be provided after your order ships.
Will every item in my order arrive together?
Not always. Products may be made and shipped by different fulfillment partners or from different locations. Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Can I cancel or change my order?
There is no fixed cancellation window. Because each product is made to order, an order may enter production shortly after purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation or change. We will make every reasonable effort to help, but cancellations and changes are not guaranteed and may no longer be possible after production begins.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, selecting the wrong size or color, or a change of preference. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days after delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
